City of Beaumont - Request for Proposal - Beaumont Sports & Recreation Centre Pool Locker Replacement

The City is seeking a qualified supplier to remove and dispose of existing pool lockers and supply, deliver, and install high-quality replacements at the Beaumont Sport and Recreation Centre. The new lockers must be durable, water-resistant, and capable of withstanding high-traffic usage, humid environments, and moisture exposure while maintaining functionality and appearance in a demanding pool facility setting. The Supplier is required to supply and install 39 single-tier lockers, 349 two-tier lockers and 1 stainless steel box locker unit with 18 compartments at the BSRC. The Supplier shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supplies and a structured plan for the removal of existing lockers and installation of the new lockers. BSRC requires installation of the lockers in the female, male and universal change rooms and, on the pool, deck mid-September. The Supplier shall collaborate with BSRC staff on the implementation schedule. The installation of the lockers must be completed by October 3, 2025.
