The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (“NAIT”) plans to design and construct a new Advanced Skills Centre (the “ASC” or “Project”) – a 640,000 square-foot state-of-the-art facility that will deliver trades and technology programming on a brownfield site at the north end of its main campus.
