City of St. Albert - Request for Quotes - Manual Curbside Recycling Collection Services

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Manual Curbside Recycling Collection, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City is looking to contract the manual collection of the curbside recycling with a third-party service provider to service approximately 22,000  single- and multi-family households in St. Albert. Bids will only be received through the electronic bidding system. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted. All respondents must have a vendor account with the City’s electronic bidding system at: https://stalbert.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en and must be registered as a plan taker for this opportunity. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, to ask questions, to receive addenda email notifications, download addenda, and submit their quotation electronically through the bidding system.
