Town of Coaldale - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Pre-Approved Stockpile Receiving Locations

The Town of Coaldale (the “Town”) is seeking qualified candidates (the “Proponent”) who are interested in accepting common excavation material that will be removed as part of the construction of the South Coaldale Regional Stormwater Management Facility (the “Project”). The purpose of the Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is to identify landowners located near the Project that have an interest in accepting common excavation materials and may be identified by the Town as “Pre-approved Stockpile Receiving Locations.” The proponent is expected to reimburse the Town for additional costs associated with delivering material to the “Pre-Approved Stockpile Receiving Locations.” Following the award of the construction contract for the Project, the Town and the Proponent will negotiate and formalize an agreement to establish the payment terms and obligations under this RFP.
