City of Calgary - Request for Proposal - RFP 25-1552 Architectural Coordinating Registered Professional for the Hotchkiss and Haskayne Temporary Fire Stations

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is available for all interested proponents. The City of Calgary requires up to two qualified architectural consulting firm(s) to provide coordinating registered professional duties and all services from pre-design validation through post-construction, to deliver the Hotchkiss and Haskayne Temporary Fire Stations projects. Project A, Hotchkiss, is a temporary fire station (portable apparatus bay with residential living quarters) in the community of Hotchkiss. Project B, Haskayne, is a temporary fire station (portable apparatus bay and portable living quarters) in the community of Haskayne (also known as Rockland Park). This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
