Public Safety and Emergency Services - Request for Proposal - Police Funding Model Review

The Contractor will conduct a comprehensive review of Alberta's existing Police Funding Model, engage with several Alberta Municipalities, Districts, and Counties, who receive policing under the Provincial Police Service Agreement, conduct a cost analysis associated with current and other funding models to identify possible alternative methods, and generate reports making recommendations as to how front-line policing costs might be better distributed between the Province and the Municipalities subject to the Police Funding Model.
