Yellowhead County - Request for Quotes - 2025 Herbicide Supply

The intent of this Request for Quotes (the “RFQ”) is to accept quotes from qualified herbicide retailers (the “Proponent”) to provide herbicide products for Yellowhead County as described in the enclosed Terms of Reference. Yellowhead County invites suppliers of herbicide products to provide a quote for products listed on “APPENDIX A”. The list of specific herbicide products and the approximate volumes that Yellowhead County will purchase in 2025 is a guideline only. A. Supply Herbicide Products Yellowhead County is looking for a supplier to provide us with herbicide products needed for the 2025 vegetation management season. B. Delivery of Products Coordinate the delivery of herbicide products to Yellowhead County’s herbicide storage facility located in Wildwood, AB. C. Product Support Provide over the phone technical support for any product issues that arise for the 2025 vegetation management season. Yellowhead County (the “County”) will receive E-MAILED quotes, identifying RFQ-AG-25-001 2025 Herbicide Supply in the subject line and addressed and delivered to: Jennifer Benson Agricultural Services Supervisor Yellowhead County EMAIL: jbenson@yhcounty.ca Hard copies will not be accepted. Authorized Herbicide Retailers are invited to expand their responses to this RFQ to cover more features or extra performance. Respondents are encouraged to submit the most competitive quotes possible, offering the highest quality of service and enhancements.
