Town of Okotoks - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Consulting Services for the Okotoks Recreation Centre Expansion Project

The Town of Okotoks (the “Town”) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms for providing planning and design services for the Recreation Centre Expansion Project. This initiative aims to expand and modernize the existing facility to meet the evolving needs of the community while adhering to accessibility & sustainable development practices. The objective of this contract is to provide comprehensive planning and design development services for the Okotoks Recreation Centre (ORC) Expansion. The work aims to achieve the following: Planning Studies and Schematic Design Development – Refine high-level concepts from the 2022 Off-Site Levy Study to ensure the project is well-planned, financially viable, and aligned with community needs, environmental sustainability, and regulatory standards. Detailed Design and BIM Model Development – Create and finalize high-quality designs that integrate stakeholder input and support the expansion of key recreational facilities, including leisure water features, flat water swimming pools, gymnasium spaces, climbing gyms, indoor play space or playground, and other operational support areas.
