Summary of Work: Glen Allan - Gym Floor Replacment .1 Install 70ft x 56ft SEAMLESS ATHLETIC FLOORING – PULASTIC CLASSIC 110 by Robbins Floor System. (See Section 00 31 00A) .2 Remove existing vinyl flooring and dispose. .3 Fill in Old Canadian climber floor plates. .4 Assess concrete levelness and level: See attached survey of floor elevation drawn in a 3-meter by 3- meter grid with a graduation in colors of 3mm elevation changes. Owner expectation is that the survey information is sufficient for contractor to provide firm lump sum for required floor leveling. Additional floor leveling costs will not be accepted unless there is substantial unforeseen floor conditions discovered upon demolition of existing floor. .5 Install the 9 mm adhered resilient rubber underlay to the concrete and seal. .6 Apply the 2 mm polyurethane structure coat in two 1mm lifts. .7 Roll on the 3PU 221 pigmented topcoat. .8 Design and add Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball game lines & thresholds – mill finish aluminum sized to suit. .9 Install new 100 mm rubber base. .10 Clean-up of extra material and waste. .11 Include for all dust protection and protection of existing finishes while work is being performed. .12 Municipal Address: 106 Georgian Way, Sherwood Park, AB T8A 2V9 See attached 2024-089 Call to Tender for all details
