City of Calgary - Request for Proposal - 25-1501 Electronic Security Components - Emergency Spare Parts

Supply and delivery of electronic security components and technical supplies to support City operations on an if, as, and when required basis. The City requires an assortment of electronic security components with the intent of establishing standing rates for purchases of components under $5,000 and conduct a second stage price-based competition for purchases over $5,000. These components will be requested upon when a specific need arises. The different types of components that may be required are outlined by in Appendix F – Deliverables. Note: Alternate products that are not compatible with select referenced brands and model number in this RFP will receive no further consideration towards evaluation as this requirement must correspond with existing equipment and systems.
