Supply and delivery of replacement components and licensing of intercom products to support operations on an if, as, and when required basis.
The City of Calgary requires an assortment of emergency replacement parts for intercom systems. This includes call stations in public parks, pathways, parking areas, underpasses, and City owned facilities, with the intent of establishing standing rates for purchases of components under $5000 and conduct a second stage competition for purchases over $5000. These components will be requested upon when a specific need arises. The different types of components that may be required are outlined by in Appendix E – Deliverables.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/06/30.
