Westlock County - Request for Proposal - Asset Management Policy, Strategy, Plan, and Implementation – RFP ENG 25-001

Westlock County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist in the development of an integrated Asset Management Program. This work includes a light update to the County’s existing Asset Management Policy (2019), development of an Asset Management Strategy, and the creation of an overarching Asset Management Plan with implementation support. The project is structured in three phases: Phase 1: Asset Management Policy Review & Update Phase 2: Asset Management Strategy Phase 3: Asset Management Plan & Implementation The successful proponent will engage stakeholders, assess available data and systems (e.g., CityWide), and align deliverables with ISO 55000, FCM, and other recognized frameworks.
