Only electronic Tender submissions received at the following email address will be accepted: caitlin.atkins@bareng.ca The Work generally consists of the construction of Phase 1 of the Business Park Subdivision, located at SE ¼ 25-52-3-W4M, within the Village of Marwayne, AB. The Work consists of: • Topsoil stripping, • Rough grading, • Construction of a stormwater pond, • Installation of control manhole and storm sewer main, • Installation of culverts, • Installation of water main, service and appurtenances, • Installation of sanitary sewer main, service and manholes, • Construction of a graveled roadway, and, • Topsoil/seeding. Tender Documents may be obtained electronically after 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April 17, 2025 from Alberta Purchasing Connection. The Tender submission must be accompanied by a ten percent (10%) Bid Bond and Consent of Surety as well as a Certificate of Recognition, Certificate of Insurance and WCB Clearance Letter as described in the “Instructions to Bidders”. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders or to accept the Tender deemed to be most favourable to The Owner, as described in the “Instructions to Bidders”.
