Town of Hinton - Request for Proposal - Log Pole & Wayfinding Signage Maintenance

The Municipality is seeking a qualified firm to replace the peeled logs in our wayfinding signage, inventoried in Attachment 2 to this RFP, in compliance with the design specifications outlined in Attachment 1, the Signage Standards Manual. The scope of the Deliverables to be completed by the successful proponent include supply, delivery, and re-installation of the stained, peeled logs; dismantling and disposing of the old, peeled logs; and replacing any component parts of the hardware to assemble the signage as required. In addition, this project scope includes replacement of the peeled logs that are stationed at the entry way of the Hinton Municipal Library, in accordance with the design standards from Attachment 1.
