Keyano College is upgrading six meeting spaces into fully equipped Microsoft Teams Rooms to support hybrid collaboration, modern communication needs, and potential public rentals. Each room will feature standardized, high-quality AV equipment—including a 76" display, Nureva soundbar, Huddly AI camera, and ViewSonic Teams console—to deliver a consistent and professional experience. This modernization enhances internal operations and positions the College as a tech-forward host for community and industry partners. The upgraded spaces will be designed to be user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to manage, ensuring that all users—regardless of technical experience—can quickly connect, collaborate, and make the most of the technology provided.
