IAC currently manages its employee information and HR records using Excel spreadsheets. While this method has served as a basic tool for data entry and record keeping, it has become increasingly inadequate in addressing the organization’s growing HR needs. The high volume of incoming and outgoing staff, combined with frequent internal requests for employee data and reporting, has highlighted significant limitations in efficiency, data accuracy, and responsiveness. To support its continued growth and evolving workforce, IAC is seeking to implement a comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
