City of Calgary - Request for Proposal - 25-1548 Supply and Delivery of Hose Replacement

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary (The City) is looking for a qualified Supplier to supply and deliver hose replacements for the Calgary Fire Department. Supply and delivery of multiple types of fire hoses below (details in Appendix F – Deliverables.) 44mm Attack Hose 65mm Attack Hose 77mm High Pressure Hose 125mm Supply Hose, Standard and High Pressure 65mm Standpipe Attack Hose 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of two (2) years. The Agreement may be renewed two (2) times four (4) years each term, not to exceed ten (10) years in total.
