Infrastructure - Request for Proposal - MORINVILLE - PROVINCIAL BUILDING - 2ND FLOOR REFRESH

Renovation to the second floor of the Morinville Provincial Building located in Morinville, Alberta as indicated on the Drawings. Submit Responses as three (3) separate PDF files in one e-mail as follows: .1 PDF package one, the qualifications submission submitted in unprotected searchable PDF version of the entire package, excluding any proposed bid price (fee related) information. Clearly indicate in the file name “Qualifications Submission”. .2 PDF package two, Bid Submission: One (1) unprotected PDF version of Section 00 41 13 – Stipulated Price Bid Form fully completed. Any required information that is omitted or illegible, any alterations to the text, or any conditions added on or submitted with the Bid Form, may cause the bid to be declared invalid and rejected. .3 PDF package three, bid form supplements in accordance with Section 00 21 13 Article 13 – Bid Form Supplements. Clearly indicate in the file name “Bid Bond”. Provide bid security in the form of an electronic bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of the bid price. The bid bond must immediately be verifiable by the Province using the bid bond’s electronic content verification process with respect to the totality and wholeness of the bond form, including but not limited to the content of the bid bond, all signatures and seals affixed thereto, or any other aspects that may prevent the enforceability and/or realization of the bid bond by the Province, with the surety company or an approved verification service provider of the surety company. The bid bond shall be submitted as its own PDF document, separate from the other tender submission documents, in its original electronic format. Scanned or altered PDF copies of the original bond will be deemed invalid and may cause the bid to be rejected.
