This Work includes the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services required to complete the construction of the milling and asphalt overlay for the 2025 Arterial Mill and Overlay contract #1. The Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Mobilization and demobilization Traffic and pedestrian accommodation and staging Work Site management including temporary construction facilities, security, and protection of existing Utilities Excavation Milling of existing pavement Asphalt paving Removal of concrete walk, curb and gutter Construction of new concrete walk, curb and gutter Replacement of manhole and catchbasin frame and covers Cleaning of storm sewer manhole and catchbasins Landscaping Work Site cleanup Warranty and maintenance Final inspection and Contract closeout
