Assisted Living and Social Services - Request for Proposal - Workforce Development Services for Vulnerable Women

The Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS), through Procurement and Resource Management – North Zone, is inviting proposals from qualified organizations to deliver Career, Employment and Information Services (CEIS) in Edmonton. This includes a focus on Workforce Development for Vulnerable Women, Resource Centre Services, and Employer Services. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is a contract selection process to identify organizations whose services align with the goals of this initiative. It is not a solicitation under the Alberta Government’s Procurement and Sole Sourcing Directive or trade agreement obligations. Proposals must demonstrate the organization’s ability to deliver Career and Employment Services, Workforce Development for Vulnerable Women, Resource Centre Services, and Employer Services. Proposals must meet the requirements, terms, and conditions outlined in this RFP. Proponents should review all materials carefully. Proposals that do not meet mandatory requirements may not be considered. Questions about this RFP must be submitted in writing by July 18, 2025, to lizane.l.wells@gov.ab.ca, and must include the RFP number from the front page.
