Each suite will require to be gutted, of existing kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinet, bathroom fixtures (tub, toilet, sink) flooring and closet and interior doors. Disposal is the responsibility of the contractor. Each suite will require ceiling texture touch up, patch and painting, all walls to be painted, all flooring to be replaced. Cabinets and countertops, plumbing and fixtures upgraded to include tub, sink and toilet, electrical and light fixture upgrades, closet doors, interior doors, door hardware. This project is to provide all labour, supervision, materials, permits, and equipment necessary to complete these suites in the shortest turn around that is feasible.
