Town of Hinton - Request for Proposal - CCTV & Security System Upgrades at Hinton Rec Centre

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Hinton (“the Municipality”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a CCTV and Security Systems Upgrade as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Dr. Duncan Murray Rec Centre in Hinton, AB requires a complete security system overhaul, including, but not limited to: replacing 16 cameras and bringing the facility total up to 60; PA System; Panic Button; Motion Sensors; “People Counters”. The Municipality is seeking a contractor that can supply, install, and then hand over (train staff, potential to enter an ongoing customer service agreement) all components of the Deliverables.
