The required engineering task include, but are not limited to:
Wastewater Treatment Options / Study
o Review of previous work.
o Review population and create population growth forecast.
o Site investigation.
o Propose options for the existing wastewater lagoon upgrades.
Pre-Design Report
o Site investigation and data collection.
o Preliminary topographical survey.
o Utility locates and determination of utility location and depth.
o Preliminary design drawings, including but not limited to:
Lot boundaries and grading
Lot servicing
Deep utilities
Shallow utilities
o Preliminary cost estimates.
o Geotechnical Investigation.
o Drainage Design.
o Wastewater infrastructure requirements/upgrades
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/07/28.
