Alberta Energy Regulator - Advanced Contract Award Notice / Notice of Proposed Procurement - 312-NPP Workfront Renewal for Alberta Geological Survey Publication Process

Subject to this NPP, The Alberta Geological Survey (AGS), a branch of the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER), intends to enter into an agreement and extend its use of existing Workfront subscription licenses and its customer support agreement with Adobe Workfront. The AGS/AER deems Adobe Workfront the only qualified candidate to extend the licenses and provide customer support for Workfront Software which has been in use at the AGS since 2021. As part of the customer support, Adobe Workfront provides web, telephone and email support, with an option to purchase additional support. Workfront also developed and customized processes to fit AGS’s needs. Given its critical role in AGS’s expanding publications, it is essential to maintain this contract to ensuring the efficiency, organization, scalability and continuity to the publication process. The contract will be for two (2) years, upon fully contract execution, with the option to renew for another two (2) single year terms.
