Parkland County - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Consulting Services for a Public Engagement Framework

Parkland County (the “County”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced proponents for the provision of Consulting Services for a Public Engagement Framework. The purpose of the Public Engagement Framework (the “Framework”) is to create the overall strategy and mechanisms that Parkland County will use to address community concerns, build trust, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability both internally and externally. The Framework will establish standards for internal and external engagement and outreach activities to support a cohesive and well-coordinated approach and to maintain the County brand.
