Town of Cochrane - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Engineering Services

The purpose of this RFSQ is to establish a list of pre-qualified engineering consulting firms capable of delivering the Deliverables across a broad range of disciplines to support the Town of Cochrane’s capital and engineering projects. The Town intends to enter into Master Services Agreements with a minimum of three (3) successful Proponents per category for a period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional 12-month terms, subject to performance, budget, and evolving municipal needs. The Town of Cochrane is a rapidly growing municipality known for its unique blend of small-town charm and modern urban amenities. With a strong commitment to sustainable development, strategic infrastructure investment, and community well-being, the Town delivers a wide range of capital and operational projects across its transportation, utility, environmental, and public space networks. To support the effective delivery of these initiatives, the Town is seeking to pre-qualify experienced engineering and consulting firms for each engineering category through this RFSQ.
