Town of Hinton - Request for Quotes - RFQ Library Bldg Maintenance - Exterior Log Poles

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Town of Hinton (“the Municipality”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Library Building Maintenance: Exterior Log Poles, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). The Hinton Municipal Library located at 805 Switzer Drive, T7V 1V1, used to have a series of stained and peeled logs that affixed the exterior. Most logs were removed, with the anchors remaining in place. The logs flanking the electronic doors at the entry remain and must be replaced. Images are in the attachment. The Municipality needs a contractor to remove the remaining logs, replace the entry way logs, and either restore the exterior of the Library to it’s original state, or at least remove the remaining anchors and patch the exterior walls.
