The University is seeking supplier(s) who can provide quality, reliable managed equipment and services at competitive prices and discount levels for a campus that operates seven days a week typically from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with varying notice periods and turnaround times. The University of Calgary hosts a variety of events such as: executive education, public lecture series, corporate meetings and town halls, professional associations, annual meetings, media announcements, training, social events, non-profit gala fundraisers, and trade shows.
