Provide labour and material for HVAC, and controls repairs and maintenance in Drumheller, Hanna, Oyen and Coronation. This Contract covers the provision of all labour, materials, tools, supervision, and equipment necessary to inspect, maintain, service, repair, and replace components associated with the complete Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems within the facility(ies) specified by the Government of Alberta. This includes, but is not limited to, air handling units (AHUs), rooftop units (RTUs), furnaces, boilers, chillers, ductwork, exhaust fans, dampers, heat pumps, variable air volume (VAV) boxes, associated piping and electrical systems, control systems, actuators, and all related components.
