Strathcona County - Request for Proposal - RFP#25.0037 EMS Chest Compression Devices with Maintenance Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for EMS Chest Compression Devices with Maintenance Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County requires the supply, delivery, warranty repair, general repair and preventative maintenance services for new EMS Chest Compression Device units. The units are on an 8–10-year lifecycle program. The selected proponent must have the ability to provide spare chest compression devices while the County’s devices are being serviced. Proponents should note the mandatory On-Site Product Demonstration for shortlisted proponents; refer to Part 2 of the RFP and to the RFP Timetable of this Part 1 of the RFP. Proponents should note that pricing provided must be all inclusive, including applicable tariffs as of the Submission Deadline. Refer to Section G of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) for further information on how to provide pricing.
