Forestry and Parks - Request for Proposal - Beaver Lake, Leismer & Grayling Fire Bases 20-person Wet Sleepers

The Province invites formal written proposals for a modular construction of three (3) 30’ wide x 88’ long twenty (20) person wet sleepers, each with a 10’ x 30’ covered front deck and a 6’ x 6’ rear deck, to be located at the Beaver Lake, Leismer & Grayling Fire Bases. Each location is to have one (1) sleeper each. The sleepers for Grayling and Beaver Lake to be completed by March 31, 2026. The sleeper for Leismer to be completed by June 15, 2026. Beaver Lake Fire Base Location Legal Land Description: 13-34-66-13-W4 GPS coordinates: 54.761406, -111.895515 Beaver Lake Fire Base is located approximately 3 km east of Lac La Bich on Hwy 663. Leismer Fire Base Location Legal Land Description: 15-23-77-9-W4 GPS coordinates: 55.690182, -111.284148 Leismer Fire Base is located approximately 11 km west of the Conklin Corner on Twp Rd 773A. Grayling Fire Base Location Legal Land Description: 4-24-85-10-W4 GPS coordinates: 56.380217, -111.448803 Grayling Fire Base is located approximately 36 km south of Ft. McMurray on Hwy 63.
