This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Keyano College (the “College”) to
prospective proponents to submit proposals for HVAC Replacement Penthouse 2 (PH2) –
Clearwater Campus
KC2025-008-RFP- HVAC Replacement Penthouse 2 (PH2) – Clearwater Campus, as further
described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
This project involves the demolition and installation of new mechanical and electrical
equipment, as well as the cleaning, preparation, and coating of surfaces in the mechanical
room. The contractor is responsible for ensuring safety, proper documentation, and
compliance with all required work plans and approvals
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/09/08.
