City of Edmonton - Negotiated Request for Proposal - 939482 Jet Boat Sales, Service and Parts

The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required for the sale, supply and delivery of parts, components and accessories and the performance of preventative maintenance, inspection, repair and overhaul services for custom-built Jet Boats for the City on an if, as, and when required basis. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to eight (8) additional years. The length of any extensions is at the City’s sole discretion. It is the City's intention to enter into the Contract with only one bidder.
