Rocky View County - Invitation to Bid - 25-001 LANGDON WWTP EQUALIZATION TANK

Langdon Equalization Tank” project was tendered in January – March 2025 with the tenders being closed on March 10th, 2025. Rocky View County has received three submissions. All the submissions deemed to be compliant with the requirements of the original tender. Rocky View County has found that the available budget is inadequate to proceed with the project without modifications. The County engineer has modified the project drawings and specifications. Rocky View County, hereby, invites all three bidders who submitted the bids on March 10th, 2025, to submit modified tender documents based on the specifications and drawings enclosed to these Instructions to Bidders. The drawings and specifications will be issued as “Tender Modification”. Specifications will include the abridged version of the addenda issued during January – March 2025 tender. This document will be issued as “Section 01001. Original Tender Clarifications”. It will maintain the same numbering of the original tender addenda questions and answers. Questions that are not applicable for the modified project scope will be omitted. Rocky View County may issue a separate addenda during the Tender Modification tendering period based on the new questions submitted by the contractors.
