Southern Alberta Institute of Technology - Request for Proposal - SAIT Campus Centre Redevelopment (CCR) Pub Furniture

SAIT is seeking detailed proposals from qualified and experienced proponents for the supply, installation, and configuration of Pub and Patio furniture for SAIT's Campus Centre Redevelopment (CCR) Project set forth in this RFP for the Taylor Family Campus Centre. This is for the purposes of this CCR project, not extended around campus or to future projects. Project completion for early 2027, and requires all furniture to be delivered and installed in Spring 2027. The current Campus Centre building aged past its useful life and is being redeveloped. The Campus Centre is considered the main hub of SAIT’s Campus Life. A new Campus Centre isn’t just a recreational facility, but will also function as a community touch-point that provides athletics and recreation, culture and academic connection to industry, realized in a physical asset. It will ignite growth for the future, aligning with SAIT’s STEM ecosystem education strategy and a new community hub that will serve both SAIT and the greater Calgary area. The new Campus Centre will diversify and grow the economy, build on Alberta’s cultural and entrepreneurial roots and effectively contribute to the post-pandemic recovery and response. A mandatory meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday August 20th, 2025 at 10:30am MST via Teams.
