    Description
    The Contractor shall upgrade the BMS to be a non-proprietary modular system based on the BACnet protocol, featuring an open architecture design. The BMS shall incorporate direct digital control (DDC) and real-time monitoring of building equipment and systems. The Contractor is to provide a complete, fully tested and operational BMS to meet requirements and in complete accordance with applicable codes and ordinances. The proposed solution must include all necessary hardware and software components to deliver a fully functional and integrated system that enables the contracted building maintenance provider to manage the system.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 13 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/11/14.
