This project will deliver offsite servicing and permanent site access to the Southern Alberta Compassionate Intervention Centre located at the Calgary Spyhill site and deliver construction site access to the Northern Alberta Compassionate Intervention Centre located at the Alberta Hospital Edmonton site.
The project delivery method will be Design-Build and will result in one Contract for both locations.
