Town of Drumheller - Request for Proposal - Single Axle Dump Truck with Plow and Sanding Unit

The Town of Drumheller is seeking qualified proponents to submit proposals for the acquisition of a single axle dump truck equipped with a plow and sanding unit. Funding for this purchase has been approved for 2026, and the successful proponent will be responsible for supplying and delivering the truck to the Town of Drumheller Public Works Yard, located at 702 Premier Way, Drumheller, Alberta. The equipment cannot be delivered prior to January 1, 2026, and must be delivered no later than March 12, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of a 60 percent cost component and a 40 percent technical component. Proponents are expected to provide a comprehensive submission that confirms the proposed delivery date, demonstrates compliance with the specifications outlined in Appendix A, and outlines relevant background and experience. All submissions must be received by October 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time. The Town encourages all qualified proponents who can meet these requirements and timelines to submit a proposal for consideration.
