INVITATION TO TENDER Athabasca County Reclamation and Other Work LOWRY-RENEAU GRAVEL PIT NW SEC. 02 AND NE SEC. 03-63-23-W4M Sealed Tenders for the above project will be received by Athabasca County at 3602 – 48 Avenue, Athabasca, AB T9S 1M8 until: 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 25, 2025 The Bidders have the option to attend the public tender opening at the County Office located at 3602 – 48 Avenue, Athabasca, AB shortly after the tender closing. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Site Contouring, Material Placement and Seeding for Gravel Pit Reclamation APPROXIMATE QUANTITIES: 132,530 m2 Reclamation Site Area - Electronic Tender documents are available on the Alberta Purchasing Connection website only. Tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total sum tendered. The completion date for this project is August 31, 2026. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.
