City of Calgary - Request for Proposal - 25-1623 General Maintenance and Repair for Calgary Transit Shuttle and Bus Fleet

This RFP is open to all interested vendors. The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking qualified Suppliers with whom to establish a long-term relationship to deliver a cost and quality effective agreement for the service, maintenance, and repair of Transit owned Shuttle and Buses. This procurement is designed to supplement existing in-house maintenance services. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreements will be for an initial term of two (2) years, and may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years in total.
