Explore Edmonton Corporation - Request for Expression of Interest - Managed Service Provider Services (MSP)

Explore Edmonton Corporation (EEC) is inviting submissions from interested IT service providers to provide Managed IT Service Provider (MSP) services for Explore Edmonton beginning in Late 2025 or Early 2026 with no anticipated conclusion date. The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to inform eligible vendors about this engagement and request detailed service offering outlines and price submissions for consideration by Explore Edmonton’s corporate services team. This engagement is seeking submissions that consider the following services: 1) Cloud Service Provider (CSP) services (M365, Azure, & AWS) 2) Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support services to support a hybrid model 3) Single point of contact via web portal and phone including afterhours support 4) Remote access, patching, and updates of end-user computing devices 5) Onsite support for 1-2 days per week 6) Ticketing solution, CMDB, & Tier 1/2 cybersecurity support services 7) Specialist level support for system, network, cloud, and security as required (ad-hoc) 8) Regular monthly reports on SLA’s, security, and system / network / infrastructure recommendations 9) M365 and server backup solution
