The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment required for the supply and delivery of miscellaneous non-operated rental Units to the City on an if, as, and when required basis, including, but not limited the following categories and subcategories: Category 1 - Heavy Equipment Units Subcategories: Wheel Loaders, Wheeled Skid Steers, Tracked Skid Steers, Backhoe Loaders, Dozers, etc. Category 2 - Materials Handling and Lifting Units Subcategories: Forklifts, Scissors Lifts, Boom Lift / Telehandlers, etc. Category 3 - Heavy Duty Chassis Units Subcategories: Dump Trucks, Water Tankers, Highway Tractors, etc. Category 4 - Golf, Lawn and Turf Units Subcategories: Wide Area Mowers, Zero Turn Mowers, Green Mowers, Remote Controlled Steep Slope Mowers, Side By Side UTV (Turf Vehicle w/2 Seats and ROPS), Bunker Rake, Chippers and Chipper Trailers, Stump Grinders, Golf Carts, etc. Category 5 - Utility Task Units Subcategories: Ride On Floor Scrubbers, Ride On Sweeper / Scrubber Combo, Ride On Floor Sweepers, Garage Sweepers, Side by Side UTV, Compressor, Municipal Tractors, etc. Category 6 - Paving Units Subcategories: Cold Milling Machine, Rollers, Pavers, Compactors, Crack Sealers, etc. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document, and applicable appendices attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform.
