Olds College - Request for Proposal - Supply and Service of Snack-Beverage Vending Machines

Olds College of Agriculture and Technology invites proposals from experienced and well-qualified Proponents to provide comprehensive snack and beverage vending services at the Olds College campus located in Olds, Alberta. This Request for Proposal (RFP) represents an opportunity for Proponents to competitively bid to become the College’s vending services partner. The successful Proponent(s) will be responsible for the supply, installation, operation, maintenance, and servicing of modern vending equipment and related materials required for the provision of high-quality snack and beverage options. Vending machines should offer a range of products, including but not limited to snack foods, healthy food product options, fresh vending options and hot and cold beverages, ensuring variety, reliability, and consistent availability. Olds College expects the selected service provider(s) to demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, product quality, equipment reliability, and ongoing responsiveness to the needs of students, staff, and visitors. Proponents should also highlight their ability to incorporate sustainability practices, such as energy-efficient equipment, recyclable packaging, and waste reduction strategies, where applicable. This RFP process is intended to identify Proponent(s) who can deliver reliable, convenient, and student-centered vending services that enhance the overall campus experience while aligning with Olds College’s values and operational standards.
