ACAN to advice a sole source acquisition of a VAPOR ABSORPTION ANALYZER from ATS Scientific Inc. Investigation of available equipment has determined only the Microtrac BELSORP MAX X has the capabilities for the intended research. • Up to 4 analysis ports with multiple high-precision pressure transducers (down to 0.1 Torr) for microporous materials. • Turbo molecular pump achieves ultra-low vacuum for accurate low-pressure measurements. • Pneumatic valves with VCR seals – low leakage, no heat generation, fast response. • In-situ sample heater (up to 550 °C) for clean pretreatment without transfer contamination. • Fully temperature-controlled vapor sorption system with insulated air-bath for isothermal conditions. • Heated and electro-polished manifold prevents condensation, compatible with corrosive gases. • Fast evacuation line for efficient operation.
