Alberta Electric System Operator - Request for Proposal - Request for Proposals for Electrical Maintenance, Repair, Service and Installation Services.

The AESO is seeking electrical maintenance, repair, service and installation services from one or more service providers for a period of five (5) years starting as of January 1st, 2026 and ending December 31st 2031. Services may include: (a) electrical equipment and system supply, install and testing; (b) structured / network cabling supply, installation and testing; (c) electrical panel supply and install; (d) fire alarm system supply, install and modification; (e) electrical distribution system supply, installation and testing; (f) controls / PLC supply, installation and programming; (g) lighting system supply, install and retrofit including controls; (h) main switchgear maintenance and testing including circuit breakers, busbars, primary connections and protective devices; (i) solar generation system supply, installation, commissioning and testing; (j) furniture, fixtures and equipment connection and disconnection; (k) thermographic scanning and analysis of electrical panels and equipment; and (l) emergency call out (24/7) for electrical emergencies
