ATB Financial - Media Monitoring Solution

The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to identify and explore potential media monitoring agencies. The objective is to collaborate with ATB’s Public Relations team in providing comprehensive media and public relations monitoring services for both the overall ATB brand and specific areas, such as economics, business banking, ATB Wealth, and ATB Capital Markets. The monitoring will involve tracking, analyzing, and reporting on media coverage across various platforms to ensure a holistic understanding of ATB's public perception and competitive landscape across Canada and North America. This agency will work in alignment with ATB’s overall brand guidelines and reporting requirements. We are looking for an agency that combines strategic thinking with tactical execution to help us effectively track and analyze our media footprint. This will include providing real-time, ad-hoc news monitoring, gaining a daily and overall understanding of media coverage and footprint, and analyzing content distribution and audience engagement.
