ACAN to Advise the acquisition of an Automated Dicing Saw for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) for the NanoFab Facility. The instrument will be purchased from Disco-Hi-Tech America in Hillsboro Oregon.
ECE has a number of these instruments and is expanding the research and instruction capabilities. All processes have been developed with this specific technology and generic alternates could not be considered.
