Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta - Request for Proposal - RFP 2520MM Privacy Breach Reporting Software Solution

The intent of this RFP is to find a successful Supplier capable of providing a Privacy Breach Software Solution. This solution will support WCB’s compliance with privacy legislation by enabling efficient and accurate reporting of privacy breach incidents. The WCB is seeking to purchase both software and services and wishes to form a partnership with either the direct software manufacturer or a verified reseller of the proposed software. Suppliers are advised to pay careful attention to the wording used throughout this RFP. Failure to satisfy any mandatory term, condition or requirement of this RFP may result in rejection of the Proposal. The WCB reserves the right in its sole discretion to accept or reject any or all Proposals.
