THREE-YEAR GRAVEL SUPPLY AND STOCKPILE
Sealed Tenders for the above project will be received by Athabasca County at 3602 – 48 Avenue, Athabasca, AB T9S 1M8 until:
11:00 a.m., Friday, November 14, 2025
The Bidders have the option to attend the public tender opening at the County Office located at 3602 – 48 Avenue, Athabasca, AB shortly after the tender closing.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Gravel Supply and Stockpile – Year 1 (2025-2026), Year 2 (2026-2027) & Year 3 (2027-2028)
APPROXIMATE QUANTITIES (YEARLY)
Designation 4 Class 20 (Modified Specification) 66,000 tonnes
Designation 4 Class 40 10,000 tonnes
Electronic Tender documents are available on the Alberta Purchasing Connection website only.
Tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total sum tendered. The completion date for this project is March 8, 2028.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.
