Description
The City of Fort Saskatchewan invites proposals for an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team to design and construct the Helmuth Ritter Fire Station. The IPD team will work as part of a highly collaborative team and share in the project’s risks and success. The IPD team for this proposal shall be composed of an Architect, General Contractor, Electrical Consultant, Structural Consultant, Mechanical Consultant, Mechanical Contractor and Electrical Contractor.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/01/05.
